It comes in a very nice gift box and a zippered case. It is heavy for it's size and looks to be well made. I used it a few times to make sure it worked before sending it off as a gift. It worked perfect and wasn't too loud. Perfect size for my hand and I definitely felt the resistance.

I picked this up because I am on the keyboard a lot for work and gaming and was starting to have pain issues in my carpals. When you start it up you don’t have to go super fast or anything, it’s just a nice smooth motion to get a feel for it and then tightening up your circles increases rpm. Once it’s rolling you can change the direction of rotation easily. Depending on your grip it becomes very challenging to hang on to, the circular motion feels like it’s pulling every muscle in my forearm and you can get a good shoulder workout as well. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. If you focus on smooth rotations and keeping the rattle out then feel like this is very well made for the price and will last you quite a while. I really enjoy the led lighting.
